He is responsible for resource planning, operational metrics, process/performance improvement and quality of deliverables adhering with SLAs. He works with the sales teams for new client acquisitions and onboarding.
Peter has over 20 years of experience managing service delivery processes for clients in healthcare. He holds a Master degree in Computer Application.
Initially we started with 5 employees in Data management and claim sprocessing . Step by step we developed our company and now we are 100+ employees.
